Chelsea Ryckis Chelsea Ryckis, born and raised in Canada came to the USA on an NCAA DI Softball Scholarship. After a brain injury that halted her medical school dreams, Chelsea found an industry that allowed her to put her ethos to good use. Chelsea has been nationally recognized for her work in the employee benefits industry and is on a mission to bring affordable healthcare to as many American workers as possible as the President of Ethos Benefits. Donovan Ryckis Donovan, a serial entrepreneur, has a diverse professional background including owning and operating Golds Gyms, real estate investing, and fee-based financial advising for business owners. In true trailblazer fashion, Donovan brought the same fiduciary principles from financial advising and tax planning into Employee Benefit advising, creating one of the first fee-based consulting models in the state of Florida. As CEO of Ethos Benefits, Donovan is the mastermind behind the strategies that have garnered national recognition and more importantly, allowed American families to take home more of their hard-earned dollars.
